Delete your data

Cannonball Breakers, by Sparkfist LLC, lets you delete your data at any time, either in the game or by asking us.

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open Cannonball Breakers.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Delete my data.
  3. Confirm with Delete. You need an internet connection.

This happens immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@sparkfist.com with the subject “Cannonball Breakers: delete my data” and your leaderboard name, including its tag (for example Captain#1234). Your name is shown in the game under Settings. We'll delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your anonymous player account with Unity Gaming Services, and with it your leaderboard name and every score on the all-time and daily leaderboards.
  • Your game progress saved on your device (best score, best level and other progress), when you delete from the game.

What isn't deleted

  • Your Remove Ads purchase. It belongs to your Google account and is restored by Google Play when you reinstall or reopen the game.
  • Records that Google Play, ad networks or Unity keep under their own privacy policies, for example purchase records or advertising data linked to your device's advertising ID. You can reset your advertising ID in your Android settings.

Uninstalling the game removes the progress saved on your device but doesn't delete your leaderboard entry, so use one of the options above. See Privacy in Cannonball Breakers for what data the game uses.
