2. Description of Service

sparkfist provides creative tools for game development, including Loom (music creation). Services are provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using sparkfist tools. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use sparkfist services to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

sparkfist services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
